Cindy Hall has over 35 years of office management experience. Cindy handles all daily office administrative operations and scheduling for HomePro Inspections of the Keys, Inc.

We have performed over 10,000 inspections in South Florida & The Florida Key's over the last 25 years and look forward to going to work every day! HomePro will provide you with a free limited 90-Day Home Buyers Warranty on every standard home or condo inspection we perform. This will provide you with some added piece of mind as well as helping you with any major problems that may occur within 90-days of your inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever is longer. We will also perform a free RecallChek inspection to make you aware of any recalls of appliances, water heaters and AC equipment. In most cases repair or replacement of recalled components is free through the manufacturer. We will also update you monthly if any other recalls take place.

From the moment the phone rings in our office to schedule your inspection we take the responsibility to make this a smooth process for you. You will receive a confirmation of your inspection within 1-hour of scheduling your inspection, and you will receive a final version of the report usually within 2-hours of the completion of the inspection itself. If you are able to attend the inspection you will be able to go over a rough-draft of the report immediately after the inspector is done collecting information.
