The 90-Day Home Warranty will provide you with additional piece of mind by protecting you for 90-days from the date of the inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever is longer. All of our standard home & condo inspections also include a FREE RecallChek Report which makes you aware of any recalled appliances, water heaters or AC equipment that may exist in your prospective home! In most cases recalled appliances are either repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer. Also, RecallChek & RecallTrak will automatically update you each month to let you know of any subsequent recalls that may affect you, and, you can also update your RecallChek over the years if you add new components so you will always be informed! 

The digital format of Horizon allows us the ability to provide clear, easy to read reports, at the time of the inspection. The report is saved in an interactive PDF format and can be emailed or downloaded from anywhere in the world if needed. Additionally, being able to incorporate photographs to highlight good or bad points about your prospective home makes our reports very easy to understand. After all, "a picture is worth a thousand words!"

Also, your Horizon Report is fully interactive!
